Customer Behaviour Policy
Here at Solos Holidays, we value our community, encouraging all to enjoy the Solos experience both home and away. Which is why we understand the need to create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Ensuring our customers' experiences continue to be positive and satisfactory, we’ve created a ‘Behaviour Policy’ that applies to all customers and team members.
Our promise to you:
1. We will always treat our customers with respect, regardless of their gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other distinguishing characteristic.
2. We will provide our customers with prompt, courteous, and helpful customer service.
3. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that our products and services meet our customers' expectations, endeavouring to exceed them at every opportunity.
Your promise to us:
1. Our team are here to always deliver the best possible service. In return, customers are expected to act in a courteous and respectful manner towards them. We will not tolerate any inappropriate or offensive language. Behaviour of this nature will result in declining any future reservations.
2. Whilst away with Solos, customers should not engage in any activities or conduct that may be deemed offensive or disruptive. This includes bullying behaviour, physical intimidation, using obscene language or gestures, and ostracizing other members of the group.
3. Solos customers are expected to always consider the safety of their fellow travellers, and should therefore refrain from smoking in prohibited places (such as guest rooms or communal areas), inviting non-Solos customers to join the group, and drinking alcohol excessively.
4. Solos customers are expected to respect the property of others and refrain from any activity that may cause damage or destruction.
5. Our social media platforms are accessible to our entire Solos community. We ask that users be kind, courteous, respect everyone’s privacy, refrain from using hate speech or engaging in bullying behaviour, and always show respect.
6. Solos customers are expected to adhere to Solos Holidays’ Terms & Conditions as stated in their holiday booking confirmation. Terms & Conditions can be found here.
