Join Solos as we head to Hungary and to Budapest. Budapest is one of Europe’s most beautiful and historic cities, famous for its stunning architecture, vibrant culture, and rich history. We will explore along the famous Danube River, especially the Danube Bend, visiting historical towns such as Esztergom, Visegrád, which will offer spectacular panoramic views of the river and the picturesque town of Szentendre. Day Three: Esztergom, Visegrad & Szentendre
We head out of Budapest this morning and head to the villages on the famous Danube River. Our first stop is Esztergom, which is one of the oldest and most important cities in Hungary. Known for its rich history, religious significance, and stunning architecture, the Esztergom Basilica dominates the skyline of Esztergom, sitting atop Castle Hill. Our next stop is Visegrad, a small historically significant town located on the scenic Danube Bend and is a blend of natural beauty, medieval history, and cultural significance. Visegrad is famous for its medieval fortress, royal palace, and stunning panoramic views of the Danube River. Our final stop today is Szentendre, a charming riverside town, known for its vibrant arts scene, colorful baroque architecture, and Mediterranean-like atmosphere. The town is famous for its narrow cobblestone streets, galleries, museums, and lively cultural life. After visiting here, we will board a boat and sail back down the Danube back to Budapest.

Day Four: Free day
Today we have a free day to explore as we wish. Budapest is famous for its thermal waters. We could spend some time at The Széchenyi Baths, located in City Park, are one of the largest medicinal bath complexes in Europe, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor pools. Within the Jewish Quarter, there are a number of Ruin Bars which are unique bars are set up in abandoned buildings and courtyards. However we decide to spend the day, we will not be short of options.

Day Five: Departure day
We have our final breakfast as a group this morning before heading back to the airport for our flight home.

Passport validity requirements
Hungary follows Schengen area rules. Your passport must:- have a ‘date of issue’ less than 10 years before the date you arrive – if you renewed your passport before 1 October 2018, it may have a date of issue that is more than 10 years ago
- have an ‘expiry date’ at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave the Schengen area
