When is the holiday?
We have three departure dates for our adventure holiday in Kenya next year, all of which have durations of seven nights.- Saturday 14th March 2020
- Saturday 16th May 2020
- Saturday 6th June 2020
What does the adventure holiday involve?
Our singles adventure holiday to Kenya promises to introduce you to all the sights and experiences you’d expect from an African adventure holiday – plus much more. After flying into the capital of Kenya, Nairobi, we’ll transfer to Amboseli National Park where we can soak up the spectacular view of Mount Kilimanjaro and take a game drive to spot wildebeest, giraffes and baboons. On your fourth day, you can look forward to a boat trip on the tranquil Lake Naivasha, keeping an eye out for rare birds and hippos as you float along. Next, it’s the bit everyone’s been waiting for! Enjoy an unforgettable game drive around the Masai Mara Game Reserve – one of Kenya’s most popular safari destinations where sightings of the ‘Big Five’, cheetahs, zebras and hippos are almost guaranteed. We’ll spend two nights in the park, before returning to Nairobi for a visit to the Karen Blixen museum and Giraffe Centreand a final farewell dinner. What wildlife can I expect to see?
Kenya and wildlife go hand in hand, with the elusive ‘Big Five’ being the savannah’s star attraction. Coined by big-game hunters who once found these five animals the hardest to hunt, the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and cape buffalo are now protected by wildlife conservation centres and safari reserves. On top of this, you can also expect to see cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, African elephants, herds of wildebeest, hippos, warthogs and much more on a safari adventure in Kenya.Who will I travel with?
As per all our singles adventure holidays, you will travel to Kenya amongst a group of solo travellers – the average group size being 15. You will also have the company of a dedicated Solos Tour Leader on your travels, who will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly, and answer any questions or queries that may arise during the holiday.
