Your holiday options depending on Travel Advice

Your holiday will operate as planned. We will only cancel your holiday in the following instances:


The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advises against non-essential travel to the country which you are travelling.

 

If the government for the destination you’re travelling to decides to enforce quarantine on arrival and there isn’t the option to forgo this quarantine period by providing evidence of a negative COVID-19 test or full vaccination.

 

If the government for the destination you’re travelling to decides to close their borders to UK citizens.

 

 


Should we need to cancel your holiday for the reasons above, we will offer the opportunity to:


Move your holiday to a future date at no charge.

 

Offer you a refund credit note that can be redeemed against a future holiday. Your refund credit note will be financially protected by either the ATOL or ABTOT regulator, depending on your individual booking.

 

Obtain a full refund.

 

 

 

If you no longer wish to go on holiday but the FCDO are saying it is safe to go to your destination, you will have the following options:
